The first multi-chine vessel with the underwater hull developed by Van Oossanen Naval Architects, but also the first steel yacht of this size to be built with it. With this new type of underwater hull, you are able to keep up with - and even overtake - a freighter without pulling a big stern wave or requiring very heavy engines. An important additional advantage is that resistance is as low as possible, thus reducing fuel consumption considerably.
